Hit Lion Members Sign Up Agreement

To fully activate your Hit Lion account and get the most for your Traffic advertising, please Add 1 or more sites to your member's Site Maintenance page then surf at least 25 pages to fully activate those site(s).

I the member, WILL NOT put any Sites Pornographic in Nature on the Hit Lion Site. If in doubt of the 'acceptability' of a site I will contact the Administrators Prior to setting it up. I also understand that NOT doing so may result in my Membership with Hit Lion being terminated without warning which will result in the loss of any and all credits I may have accumulated.

I also understand that the speed of all Traffic Sites can be effected by the number of sites in the Database. Should my account show a negative balance and no activity for a period of more than 3 months, the administrators will change the account to inactive status, thus removing my sites from rotation to keep the active member surfing at the best possible speed.

I the member, further agree that I will be using an email address that does NOT lead to a non-existent email account or a catch all account that will fill up and bounce emails.

I further understand that should emails, sent to me bounce, I accept I will likely have my account deleted and lose any credits that I may have earned.

I also understand that any advertising (or suspected advertising) of my referral url using Spam will result in my membership being removed without notice.

As a Member of Hit Lion I request that the administrators do NOT give out any of my submitted personal information.

As Administrative Owner, I do solemnly swear, "We will never sell or give out any of your personal information without your permission, unless you are caught cheating, spamming, or making charge-backs, in which your information will be shared with our partners to prevent you from doing the same at their exchange. "

I the member, give authorization to the Administrators of Hit Lion to send me the occasional email if they have news or something they feel is worth my consideration.

I understand that the Administrators will send out stats and the occasional Solo Ad purchased by a member. If I do not accept this for any reason I may quit the program at any time, and I am aware I will forfeit any credits, referrals or cash earned..

Changing Upline
 Deleting your account only to re-join again in an effort to change your sponsor/referrer/upline is not allowed. Asking members to delete their account and re-join under you is not allowed.

Hitlion.com cannot be held responsible for credits incorrectly used. You are solely responsible for the maintenance and payment of any subscription(s) to Hitlion.com. Due to the nature of the purchase(s), refunds will not be given in whole or in part. Reversing charges / filing an invalid dispute after purchasing will result in immediate account termination.

You acknowledge that Hitlion.com is not an investment program, multi-level marketing program, High Yield Investment Program, "autosurf", randomizer, matrix, pyramid, Ponzi scheme, "get rich quick" scheme, or other similar venture.
